#NeverLoseHope Alkaline – Never Lose Hope. Alkaline is turning a new leaf for 2019 with a conscious new single “Never Lose Hope.”
The Vendetta deejay links with producer DJ Frass for the reggae anthem where he reflects on on his life and career since stepping into the dancehall arena. After dropping a slew of singles for the ladies and some gangsta anthems for his critics last year, Alkaline first single of the new year saw a different side of the Young Lord.
“The road rocky never its all sweet / We woulda quit already if me heart weak / youth yo no lost because times ago past / Never listen to them when them say yo can’t dweet / Remember its good to humble and its good to be bold / Stay true to who you’re because it’s good for the soul,” Alka sings.
Alkaline is currently working on his sophomore album due sometimes this year. The new project will be his first body of work since dropping his debut “New Level Unlocked” in 2016.
