Topnotch Ace Ghanaian rapper and Amg Bussiness artiste, Medikal teams with his label mate Ahtitude to serve us with another street anthem. He titles the UnkleBeatz produced song as KAYAYO which is a Ghanaian term for a female porter or bearer.
