Nas – Kings Disease II Album download. The follow-up to Nas’ Grammy-winning album King’s Disease has been released. Ms. Lauryn Hill, Eminem, YG, Charlie Wilson, and others perform on the album. Hit-Boy co-produced the album and has a song on it called “Composure.” Ms. Hill’s collaboration with Nas is one of her few recent musical endeavors, which also includes recording a studio version of “Guarding the Gates” for the Queen and Slim album.

King’s Disease 2 follows last year’s original album, which debuted at No. 5 on the Billboard 200, with appearances from Big Sean, Don Toliver, Lil Durk, Anderson .Paak, Fivio Foreign, and A$AP Ferg. The album earned Nas his first Grammy for Best Rap Album.
