Ghanaians in the United States’ City of New York, Queens, are currently in a state of shock after reports of a teenager who has beaten his father to death was announced.
In pictures that have since been shared, the lifeless body of the man is seen in a bag with police officers conveying it for safe keeping and investigations.

Further information indicates that the teenager who is a Ghanaian lives with his father in the apartments which is also occupied by other Ghanaians. It is reported that the two had a little misunderstanding leading to the teenager beating his father to death.
The deceased is reported to have lived in the US for many years and many are at a lost on what caused the death of the man.
“That’s my brother being carried away. Noah, is that you? You have come to live abroad for so many years. May your soul rest in peace… God be with you,” a man could be heard saying in the Akan language.
Another Ghanaian woman, unable to hold back her tears, said, “All I ask of you is for your spirit to deal with the person that did this to you.”
The incident is said to have occurred on June 12, 2023, in Queens.
This coming a few days after another Ghanaian killed himself after shooting his wife.
